GOLF REX Ringer won Camphill Golf Society’s Rapid Fit Trophy medal competition at Freshwater last week.
His nett score of 71 was four shots ahead of Pete Redhead and Alan Day, the latter knocked into third place on countback.
The afternoon ten-hole stableford was also won by Rex with 19 points, with Alan second on 17, and Doug Wren third.
Alan took the two nearest-the-pin prizes.
