THE trial of two men accused of a gangland style execution has been halted for legal reasons.
Brothers Wayne and Shane Scotland, along with David Bonner, were allegedly involved in the shooting of 19-year-old Marvin Love, whose body was found floating face down in a lock near Bilton Way, Brimsdown, on April 25 last year.
Shane Scotland is reported to have left the country.
Wayne, 24, of Ida Road, Tottenham, will be tried separately from Bonner, 25, of Whitehall Street, Tottenham.
A retrial will take place at a later date.
