ATHLETICS THREE IW runners produced great results at the Bath Half Marathon last weekend.
The trio — Jack Grundy, Simon McMorran and Andrew McEwan — featured high up the list of the 11,000-strong field.
Jack, who specialises in triathlon, was first to finish, crossing the line in an incredible 87th place, in 1.15.59.
Close behind in 99th, and claiming second vet50, was IW Road Runner Simon McMorran, who came home in 1.17.03.
Completing the contingent was West Wight Road Runner Andrew McEwan, who came 293rd, and 21st vet50, in 1.24.45.
