Wayne Burgess and Beverley Vaughan.
A COUPLE'S wedding reception was inspired by postcards from their trips to Nepal, Peru and Bolivia.
Wayne Burgess and Beverley Vaughan, who met online, were married at Northwood House, Cowes.
The bridegroom, a graphic designer, is the son of Peter Burgess, of Hythe, New Forest, and Marion Burgess, of Dibden Purlieu, New Forest.
The bride, a librarian, is the daughter of the late Geoff and Sylvia Vaughan.
She wore a champagne-coloured tiered, lace gown with beading and a train, as well as her step-mother’s necklace, worn on her wedding day.
She carried a loose collection of soft pink and cream flowers and foliage, predominantly roses.
The bride was attended by Loraine Chant, who wore a navy blue chiffon dress. She was given away by Simon Vaughan (bride’s brother).
Best man was Stuart Reid.
The reception was held at The Woodvale in Gurnard.
The couple honeymooned in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
