A COUPLE who met while working at estate agency Hose, Rhodes Dickson, Brendan Cole and Gemma Morfitt, were married at Holy Cross Church, Binstead.
The bridegroom, a sales manager, is the son of Mr Chris Cole, of The Mall, Brading, and Mrs Alison Woodley, of Swanmore Road, Ryde.
The bride, an estate agent, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Derek Morfitt, of Warwick Street, Ryde.
The bride wore a strapless ivory dress with pearl and beading detail and a short veil, borrowed from her sister-in-law. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses and aspidistra leaves.
She was attended by Katy MacFarlane, Romilly Cole (bridegroom’s sister) and nine-year-old Eleanor Morfitt (bride’s niece), who wore full-length purple dresses and carried cream carnations, and four-year-old flower girl Annabelle Morfitt (bride’s niece), who wore an ivory dress decorated with purple roses.
Chris Cole (bridegroom’s brother) was best man, and Simon Morfitt (bride’s brother) and Jim Homes were ushers.
The Rev Brian Fessey officiated.
Following a reception at Albert Cottage, East Cowes, the couple honeymooned in Mauritius.
