Crosby-Sacre wedding
A HONEYMOON in Cuba followed the wedding of Ken Crosby and Rosalind Anne Sacre, at St Blasius’s Church, Shanklin.

The bridegroom, a police sergeant, is the son of Jean Crosby, of St Helens, Merseyside, and the late Bernard George Crosby.

The bride is the daughter of Judith Cale and step-daughter of Robert Cale, of Marchwood, Southampton.

The bride wore strapless, ivory full-length gown, with Swarovski crystals, fur-style ivory jacket and a tiara of pearls and crystals. She carried white freesia and red carnations.

She was attended by Jacqueline Grace Arnold and Tania Dalton, who wore full-length poppy red sleeveless gowns with ivory, fur-style jackets and tiaras.

Shannon Burrows, five, was a flower girl, who wore an ivory dress and hooded fur-style poncho.

Dave Burrows was best man and Alex Crosby, 11, and Tom Crosby, ten, (bridegroom’s sons) were ushers.

The Rev Alan Swanborough officiated and a reception was held at The Regency Suite, Shanklin.
