A COUPLE who were introduced through a friend the bride was temping with, Charlie Gaudoin and Rosie Davies, were married at East Dene, Bonchurch.
The bridegroom, a street lighting engineer, is the son of Mr David Gaudoin, of Lewisham, and Mrs Lily Gaudoin, of Maidenhead.
The bride, a project co-ordinator, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Howard Davies, of Carpenters Lane, Brook.
The bride wore an ivory shantung silk princess-line gown with silver beading, a full corset and a sweeping neckline and a fine waterfall veil in ivory tulle with Swarovski crystals. She carried a bouquet of white orchids.
She was attended by Elizabeth Davies (bride’s sister) and Jennie Forsyth (bride’s sister), who wore aquamarine dresses and carried white gerbera posies.
Andrew Watten was best man and Chris Davies (bride’s brother), Adam Jenkins, Rees Jenkins (couple’s godson), Adam Burriss, Allan Carrington, Sam Shad, Dylan and James Forsyth (bride’s nephews) acted as ushers.
Registrar Jan Phillimore officiated.
A reception was held at East Dene followed by a honeymoon in The Seychelles and Dubai.
