A COUPLE, who met at the University of Surrey, Steven John Hazeldene and Marita Anna Jones, have married at Oatlands Park Hotel Register Office, Weybridge, Surrey.
The bridegroom, a finance manager, is the son of Mr and Mrs John Hazeldene, of Carmalt Gardens, Hersham, Surrey.
The bride, a recruitment manager, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Keith Jones, of Abingdon Road, Ryde.
The bride wore a mermaid-cut white lace gown with pearl and diamante detail and carried a bouquet of red Grand Prix roses with pearl detail.
The best man was Lawrence Munro and Matthew Cadle was an usher.
Bradley Joy (bride’s nephew), two, was the page boy and wore a grey suit with vanilla gold cravat and handkerchief.
A reception was held at the same venue, with a winter theme, including mulled wine and Christmas decorations, where guests enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea followed by an evening reception.
The couple spent a few days in Munich, which will be followed by a honeymoon in Rome and Sicily later this year.
