A COUPLE who met at Carisbrooke High School, Martin Allan Jones and Emma Louise Clover, were married at St Andrew’s Church, Eastleach, Gloucestershire.
The bridegroom, a credit controller for Spire Health Care, is the son of Mr Tony Jones, of Buckingham Crescent, Newport, and Mrs Elaine Jones, of Whitepit Lane, Newport. The bride, a student of speech and language therapy, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Paul Clover, of Weston Road, Totland Bay.
The bride wore a corseted dress in ivory beaded lace, with a veil, and pearl and diamante tiara.
She carried a bouquet of meadow flowers and sunflowers.
She was attended by Paula Jones (bridegroom’s sister), Ealish Greggor and Kelly Pearce, who all wore full-length, strapless yellow chiffon dresses and carried meadow flowers and sunflowers.
Oliver Rhys Jones (couple’s son), two, was a pageboy and wore a champagne-coloured waistcoat with a shirt and black trousers.
Jamie Wareing was best man and Iain Jones (bridegroom’s brother) and Andrew and Mark Clover (bride’s brothers) acted as ushers.
The Rev Craig Bishop officiated.
A reception was held at Eastleach Downs farmhouse.
