GRAEME Andrew Lacey and Jolene Kathy Atkins, who were introduced by mutual friends, were married at Ryde Castle.
The bridegroom, a domestic energy assessor and photographer for Pittis estate agents, is the son of Mr and Mrs Adrian Lacey, of Surrey Street, Ryde. The bride, a sales negotiator for Pittis, is the daughter of Mr Rob Atkins, of George Street, Ryde, and Mrs Sue Atkins, of Sandown.
The bride wore a white satin, full-length strapless gown with diamante trim and side ruching. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses.
She was attended by Helen Mace (bride’s sister), Sarah Rayment (bridegroom’s sister-in-law) and Michelle Dover, who all wore grey satin strapless gowns with side ruching and carried bouquets to match the bride’s.
Cassidy Mace (bride’s niece), Evie Cox and Evie Warman were flower girls and wore white dresses tied with a yellow sash and carried a single rose.
Nick Dover was best man and Gavin Lacey (bridegroom’s brother) and Grant Mace (bridegroom’s brother-in-law) acted as ushers.
Registrar, Lois Smith, conducted the service, which was attended by the couple’s son, Noah Thomas, and the bridegroom’s cousin Ben Ryder, all the way from California.
A buffet and disco reception was held at Ryde Castle.
