A convicted paedophile who is charged with breaching the conditions of his sex offender order seven times has had his case committed to Crown Court.

Carl Lundbech, 64, is accused of various encounters with young children, including chatting to youngsters at a McDonalds in Acton. He faces five other charges of loitering around schools in Cardiff and failing to notify police of his whereabouts a day after being released from a prison in Wales.

According to the conditions of his release, Mr Lundbech was not permitted to communicate with a child under 16 or pass within 50 metres of a school.

Mr Lundbech, of no fixed abode, will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on April 25.
