When we decided to move to the Island over 12 years ago, we spent a bit of time in the areas we were keen on, and Seaview was definitely one of our favourite areas, and when this house caught our eye in the window of a local agent we instantly booked a viewing!! When we got to the house, and took in the location we couldn't wait to get inside and when we did we were certainly not disappointed. Once we had settled into the house and spent abit more time in Seaview, we realised how lucky we were to have found this wonderful family home, it's so peaceful and quiet, with the added bonus of being within easy reach of the local shops, a good school for the children, and the lovely beach which is a great place to enjoy the summer months.
