ISLE of Wight darts star Keegan Brown produced a brilliant performance to beat James Wade in the PDC World Championships tonight (Sunday).
Brown, 25, of Newport, beat the 11th seed 3-2 in his first round match at Alexandra Palace.
Speaking to Sky Sports after his victory, Brown, the 2014 PDC world youth championship, said: "I've played well in the last six months to get to this stage.
"I thought just take your time, don't throw the darts like hot potatoes, just relax and I got the job done."
Brown will face Zoran Lerchbacher in the second round.
