One week from Friday, October 31, 2014

Chale: Appleford Road will be closed from 6.30pm until 6am each night (Monday to Friday) until Thursday, November 13, from Town Lane to Beacon Alley, for repairs.

Cowes: Terminus Road will be closed from 8am until noon on Tuesday, when scaffolding is dismantled.

Havenstreet: Main Road will be closed from 6.30pm until 6am on six nights in mid-November, from Combley Road to Stroud Wood Road, for repairs.

Lake: Newport Road (at the eastern exit from Whitecross Lane Roundabout). Traffic lights from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Wednesday and, if necessary, on Thursday and Friday, to re-bed a road gulley.

Newport: Fairlee Road. Traffic lights from 9am until 3.30pm on Wednesday or next Friday, November 7, to re-bed a gully.

Newport: Forest Road (near junction with Argyle Road). Traffic lights from 9am until 3.30pm on Wednesday, Thursday or next Friday, for drainage work.

Niton: Newport Road (from Laceys Lane to Church Street). Traffic lights from 9am until 4.30pm until Thursday, for cable work.

Ryde: Appley Road / Marlborough Road (from Alexandra Road to 120 metres from the junction with Appley Road). Traffic lights from Monday to Friday, December 5, for gas main replacement work.

Ryde: St Johns Road (at junction with Monkton Street). Traffic lights from 9.30am until 3pm on Wednesday, Thursday and next Friday, November 7, for repairs.

Ryde: East Hill Road (outside Queens Keep). Traffic lights on Monday and Tuesday for water service connection.

Sandown: York Road will be closed from 8am to 4pm on Tuesday, between York Road car park and Town Lane. The one-way restriction will be suspended. The closure is for the maintenance of a mast.

Sandown: Grafton Street will be closed between Station Avenue and Melville Street; Royal Street will also be closed, between Beachfield Road and Melville Street, from 5.15pm until 6.45pm tomorrow (Saturday) for fireworks night processions. They will leave at 6.30pm, going along Fitzroy Street, Station Avenue, Albert Road, Victoria Road, High Street, Pier Street and Esplanade, arriving at the Esplanade about 7.30pm. Pier Street and The Esplanade will also be closed when necessary between 5pm and 9pm.

Shanklin: Church Road will be closed from 6.30pm until 6am each night between Monday and Thursday, from Chine Hollow to Chine Avenue, for repairs.

Shanklin: One-way restriction in Landguard Road, on Monday to Wednesday, northbound between Collingwood Road and Carter Avenue, for the installation of a gas connection.

Shorwell: Corve Hill. Traffic lights on Tuesday and Wednesday for repairs.

Whippingham: Alverstone Road will be closed from 6.30am to 6pm today (Friday 31), Monday and Tuesday, between Brocks Copse Road and Whippingham Road (at Alverstone Cross) for surfacing.

Yarmouth: Halletts Shute will be closed from 6.30pm until 6am next Friday, November 7, Monday, November  10, and Tuesday, November 11, between Pixley Hill and Bridge Road for repairs.
