Hayden Trevor John Hazel and family would like to thank everyone for all their cards and messages after the sad loss of John, also all those who attended his funeral. Very special thanks to the Mountbatten Home Care Team who made it possible for John to have his final days at home. Many thanks to Rob Cheney and the team at Geoff Leather Funeral Directors and to Claire Mattingley for the lovely service and a fitting farewell Heartfelt thanks to you all x
