Fire Service called to field in Sandown.
The Fire and Rescue Service were called to a field in Newchurch earlier this morning (Friday).
One fire engine from Newport attended reports of black smoke in a field near Bartlett's Garage at 7.47am.
The fire was out on arrival and the crew had cleared the scene by 8.08am.
