POLICE have appealed for witnesses following a collision this evening (Tuesday).
A male pedestrian was hit by a red Nissan near the Horse and Groom pub in Ningwood, on the main road between Shalfleet and Yarmouth.
The Ambulance Service and the Isle of Wight Police attended the scene.
Police are now appealing for any witness, including those commenting on social media, to call 101 with information and quote 44180362120 - PC 20714.
