DAMAGING a wing mirror on a parked car while drunk led to another court appearance for an Isle of Wight man.

Keenan Bradbury, 22, of School Lane, Newport, committed the latest offences while serving two suspended sentences imposed by the Isle of Wight Crown Court.

He admitted one charge of criminal damage and one of being drunk and disorderly in a public place, when he appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Tuesday.

The latest offences took place in Pyle Street when the owner of a Dacia Logan discovered the wing mirror had been damaged.

Bradbury had been spotted in the road, drunk, and CCTV footage later captured him kicking the wing mirror on the vehicle.

In interview, Bradbury declined to comment.

The court heard the offences put Bradbury in breach of a ten month sentence suspended for two years, and an additional one month sentence which was also suspended.

Magistrates adjourned the case for sentence to the Isle of Wight Crown Court on October 30.

Bradbury was granted unconditional bail.
