A FAMILY from Lake saw their words on the big screen at the King Power Stadium when they paid tribute to Leicester City Football Club owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.

The Squires family — Charlotte, Stuart, Billy, 16, and Abbie, 11 — are fans of the club and were devastated at the loss of Vichai, who died when his helicopter crashed outside the stadium recently.

They wrote a message in the book of condolence, which said: "The night sky has gained a beautiful star, taken far too soon. Your legacy will live on. You made every Leicester City fan's dream come true and for that we will be eternally grateful. May you rest in peace and shine brightly up there. Xx"

The family, of Cross Road, were delighted to see their message up on the big screen at the match against Burnley on Saturday (10).
