A KITCHEN fire broke out just after 4am in Ryde this morning.
Two crews from Ryde were called to Slade Road at 4.09am to a domestic kitchen fire.
Two breathing apparatus and a hose reel were used to extinguish the fire.
No one was injured.
A spokesperson for Ryde fire station said:"All occupants were alerted by their smoke alarms and exited the building safely. Unfortunately there has been a lot of smoke damage to the property.
"Make sure your smoke alarms work, they save lives."
