THE Way Forward held its annual Christmas play at Medina Theatre — with proceeds from ticket sales going to support the charity's work.

Into the Frost told the story of Paul, a lonely boy thrown into a world of magic and enchantment after wishing for a friend at Christmas.

It starred members of the Isle of Wight charity, part of Osel Enterprises, which runs training programmes and activities for people with disabilities.

Following the show, last month, Osel chief executive Tracey Hill said: "We had over 200 attendees which was fantastic and raised lots of money for the charity."
