David Boost, 38, of Fairfield East, is putting all his efforts into his new business after 10 years at the Westcroft Leisure Centre in Carshalton.

After gaining his diploma in fitness training and sports therapy earlier this month, he is putting his efforts full time into the business he has been building up in evenings and weekends. He is concentrating on personal training, sports massage therapy and lifestyle consultancy.

"It was a huge step for me because I have had the security of full time employment with a pension etc," he said.
