A £2,500 donation from a national bank was greeted by local charity workers as a “wonderful surprise”.
Mary Blair of Bromley Relate, the family relationships service, was delighted with the donation from the Lloyds TSB Foundation. She said: “Fundraising is difficult at the best of times, and it is reassuring to know an organisation like Lloyds is committed to supporting our work. Thanks to this money, we can continue to help local people to make positive changes to their everyday lives.”
Lloyds TSB Bromley Director Mike Songer said: “Bromley Relate is such a valuable local resource, and one which the Lloyds TSB Foundation is pleased to support.”
