Firefighters were called out to Holliers Hotel in Shanklin in the early hours of the morning after a fire on some decking.
A SMALL fire started at Holliers Hotel in Shanklin in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday).
Firefighters from Shanklin Fire Station were called out to the Church Road hotel after reports of a small fire on an area of decking at the hotel, a fire and rescue service spokeswoman said.
The single crew were called out at 4.14am and had dealt with the incident by 4.43am, the spokeswoman said.
