Cheverton Copse Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight is up for sale - and you can secure it for just over £7 million.

The award-winning family-run park has been owned by the vendors for 19 years and is described by agent, BCM, as a profitable business which has expanded significantly within that time.

It is described as being home to a 'multi-faceted leisure and residential property' with a fleet of 57 static caravans, as well as a clubhouse, games field and outbuildings, including a shower block, workshop and laundrette.

Cheverton Copse enjoys views to both the Isle of Wight Downs and Culver and this green site, off Scotchells Brook Lane near Sandown, is for sale for £7,250,000.

Currently, twenty holiday homes at the park are privately owned - fourteen static caravans and six lodges.

They sit on a separate plot and their owners pay annual pitch fees.

A five-bedroomed detached chalet bungalow, Cheverton House, is on the site, as well as a pair of newly built three-bedroom cottages.

Included in the sale are bases for four new lodges.
