The IW Festival has announced a slew of new names - including a social media star.

YouTube star James Marriott will play the Big Top on Festival Friday, which is being headlined by Johnny Marr and The Pretenders.

Meanwhile, Johnny Hates Jazz will take to the River Stage, for which a host of acts have also been unveiled, though the days are yet to be confirmed.

The Isle of Wight Festival 2024, which runs from June 20 to 24, is being headlined by Green Day, the Pet Shop Boys and The Prodigy, on Main Stage.

In Monday's big reveal, Eurovision Song Contest star Sweden's Loreen, who will play the Big Top before Suede, on Saturday night was added to the line-up. 

The Vamps' lead singer, Bradley Simpson, has also been announced.

Mercury-nominated multi-talented singer/songwriter Georgia will be in the Big Top, on Saturday.

The Island's Coach Party will appear on the River Stage.

Meanwhile, S Club, who, were due to play Big Top on Sunday, were moved to play Main Stage on Saturday.

Last week, this year's festival theme was revealed to be Summer Solstice.

Festival-goers can also expect Corella, Swim School, The Rolling People, The Lilacs, Venus Grrrls, Germein, Angelo Palladino, The Molotovs, Tim Arnold, Freddie Lennox, Ivey, Fitz & The Fearless Dogs, Mitch Sanders, Shelc, Sun King, Wills & The Willing, Big Knight In, Pronghorn and Fantasy.

Cirque de la Quirk, Down by the River and Electro Love will return, offering an eclectic mix of entertainment, along with the Hipshaker Lounge, Intoxicated Tea Rooms, Kashmir Café, Kidzone, Octopus’ Garden, Platform One Stage and This Feeling!

Football fans need not fear. The Field of Dreams is back, as Euro 2024 will be running at the same time as the IW Festival, this year.
