The former home of popular Isle of Wight attraction, Brading Waxworks, is one of them.

Rectory Mansion, a historic landmark building on the main road through Brading, has a guide price of £200,000 to £220,000.

The commercial investment at 46-48 High Street, with planning permission for partial residential conversion, is arranged as business/retail units let to a number of smaller occupiers.

Chalked as a “house for improvement”, Kingfishers in New Road, Porchfield, has a guide price of £300,000-plus.

A five-bedroom detached house called Camp View, at Rew Street, Gurnard, is guided freehold at £260,000 to £280,000, with vacant possession.
