A 57-YEAR-OLD man was taken to A&E with facial injuries after an altercation with another driver on Old Road, East Cowes, yesterday (Friday).
Between 2.30 and 3pm, the male drivers of a grey Nissan X-Trail and a light green, four-door BMW got out of their vehicles and were involved in an altercation, police said.
The 57-year-old driver of the X-Trail was reported to have been assaulted by the BMW driver and was treated at the scene, before being taken to A&E.
A police spokesman said: "We would like to speak to the driver of the BMW in connection with this incident."
He is described as:
  • Mixed race
  • Early 20s
  • 5ft 10ins tall
  • Medium build
  • Closely shaved dark hair
  • Visible stubble
  • Wearing dark clothing
