A DOG stranded at the bottom of a cliff was reunited with its grateful owner thanks to the efforts of coastguard rescue volunteers last night (Thursday).
Rescue teams from The Needles and Ventnor were called by HM Coastguard at around 6.30pm following a report the dog had fallen down a rock face at Niton Undercliff.
The dog was found uninjured and hoisted to safety to be reunited with its owner.
