Dolphin befriends Freshwater Independent LifeboatDolphin befriends the Freshwater Independent Lifeboat.Two of the crew, Sean & Rich were out evening training in the Solent on Tuesday night on the big lifeboat, Spirit of West Wight III. While at Osborne Bay they took a shout from the coastguard to assist a boat which was able to engage reverse gear, but not forward !!!! so was totally helpless. They carried out an alongside tow to a safe haven in Cowes. The dolphin was with them for around 1.5hours and escorted them with the tow into Cowes ?
