Adam gets six of the best for Ventnor Cricket Club

CRICKETA BLISTERING bowling performance gave Ventnor a welcome win after six defeats in the Southern Electric Premier Division.

The Island side took on old rivals Lymington at Newclose.

Ventnorian Adam Wilson took six wickets for just ten runs, in what was his best ever bowling spell.

Tom Friend took three and Mark Holmes one to restrict the visitors to just 87.

Ventnor got across the line with four wickets in hand, thanks to an unbeaten 21 from Neil Westhorpe.
