AWARD-winning comedian and actor Omid Djalili — best known for his stand-up performances — will be delighting fans on the Island as part of his latest nationwide tour.
Omid, a household name on British TV, who has become a 'fringe’ favourite, with a string of sell-out performances, will be bringing his latest show, Schmuck for a Night, to Shanklin Theatre on Thursday.
Expect topics such as Brexit, Isis and Donald Trump to fall within his comedy radar — and possibly even a Godzilla impression — during his new show.
Omid’s credits range from Hollywood blockbusters to television and West End stage shows — earning rave reviews across the world for his performances.
Omid starred recently in Dickensian on BBC1 and Lucky Man on Sky1, with film credits for The Mummy, The World Is Not Enough, Notting Hill and Ridley Scott’s Gladiator.
