A SUPERMARKET knew it could count on its longest-serving resident whenit launched a revamped store.
Eileen Foster - who has lived in Petts Wood for 68 years - andhusband Ross cut the ribbon at the Queensway supermarket at a ceremony tomark its new look.
New services include cash machines on the outside wall, a pizzeria and arotisserie.
Store manager Tim Sheppard said: "We hope our customers will bepleased with the new look and improved facilities. I'd like to thankthem for bearing with us during the refurbishment."
