The first half saw Keith Powell convert four penalties for the OCs before Steve Corlett put a try on the board after charging down an attempted Harlow clearance kick.
Luke Walden crossed the line for a pushover try under the posts following a scrum and Keith Powell added the conversion to make it 24-0 at half-time before Harlow scored a consolation try after the interval.
OLD Shooterhillians' A team went down 27-10 to a strong Old Colfeians team in difficult conditions on Saturday, despite two tries by Glenn Miller.
Meanwhile, the ex-A team lost 16-24 to unbeaten Merit Table Champions Metropolitan Police Hayes second team despite a brave performance. The B team were away to Beckenham and came home with a 15-0 win.
