No, the law should not come down harder on people such as Howard.
He is providing a service that people want to take advantage of.
Cannabis should be decriminalised at least, if not completely legalised. More than 35 years of criminalisation has done nothing to stop people using drugs.
All it has done is made criminals richer and prevented entrepreneurs such as Howard from earning a legitimate living and paying taxes to the Government.
Most people can use recreational drugs responsibly and without ruining their lives.
