A man from Gravesend was hit three times in the face and then robbed when he fell to the ground.
Around 8.10pm the 53-year-old Asian man was walking through the underpass between Norfolk Road and Rapheal Road when he was approached by a man.
The robber hit him and then stole his wallet. The offender is white, 20 to 22 years old and 6ft tall. He had a medium build and was clean shaven.
He was wearing faded blue jeans, a red jacket and white trainers.
