The woman, who lives in Barnes, saw the youth riding towards her on a black mountain bike at 1.30pm on Tuesday, May 9. As he rode past she realised he had exposed himself to her.
She continued walking but five minutes later she heard a squeaking sound as the cyclist pulled up behind her on his bike. She turned round and he flashed at her for a second time.
The woman picked up a stick and hit the man as he cycled past. He is described as white, aged 15, with short blond hair and wearing a dark blue or black tracksuit and trainers.
