COWES RNLI lifeboat had a busy start to Cowes Week on Sunday, when they dealt with four separate emergencies.
The first shout involved the Royal Naval Sailing Association's yacht Jolly Jack Tar, which had gone aground on the Bramble Bank, in the Solent.
The RNLI's Calshot lifeboat also attended the shout, and the yacht was towed to Cowes.
Soon after, the Cowes lifeboat was called to a yacht off the Green, where a man had suffered a head injury.
The yacht was escorted to Trinity Landing, where an ambulance was waiting to take the yachtsman to St Mary's Hospital.
The lifeboat was then called to a swamped yacht by Norris Castle. The yacht, with three people aboard, was then towed to a mooring in Cowes.
Cowes RNLI were then called a yacht which had lost its rudder between Fishbourne and Osborne Bay.
The yacht was towed by Cowes RNLI to a pontoon off Fishbourne's Royal Victoria Yacht Club.
