FLORA and fauna could make a new appearance at a primary school in Orpington if a team of volunteers get their way.
Prince's Trust volunteers are to enliven an old pond at Crofton Junior School, Town Court Lane, as their community project. They must raise the cash for the revamp and do the work.
Volunteer Mary-Anne Simmonds said: “We wrote to eight charities asking if they needed any work done and we all chose the pond as the best project to work on.
“We're looking forward to making it a pleasant place for the children to be.”
