Lisa was competing in the under 20s' 400 metres event and she broke the tape in a champ-ionship record of 55.52sec and then doubled up by taking gold in the 200 metres.
Her training partner and junior international Vernicha James was also a fine winner over 200 metres, clocking 24.28sec in the U17 age group.
There was also a gold for Laura Raven, taking part in her first County Championship, who produced her most positive run so far when winning the U17 300 metres hurdles.
Adam Rodgers, after a personal best run to take silver in the under 15 boys' 200 metres, went one better in his more-favoured event, the 400 netres, when winning in 53.67sec.
Bobby Lockwood, another under 15 athlete, dominated the discus with a winning throw of 41.14m, a massive 18 metres ahead of his nearest rival.
While in the 3,000 metres walks, Noel Carmody romped to victory in the over 40 mens' event, and John Godbeer made it a double for the Harriers by winning gold in the over 60 mens' title.
