The Community Portrait was pieced together from thousands of cardboard tiles, which reflected a diverse range of creative styles and talents.
The project celebrated the arrival of the new millennium and the changes taking place in the Richmond borough.
It was supported by Richmond's arts guarantee scheme and received additional funding from the National Lottery.
