GURU Nanak Sunday, of the North Kent Sunday Senior League, progressed to the fourth round of the Reporter Cup after beating Division Two side Singlewell Celtic.
Jaswinder Bhens and Singh scored the goals in a 2-1 victory played in heavy rain.
Guru Nanak Kent County Division Three West's fixture was postponed due to Leaves Green being stuck in traffic while Nanak's reserves, of Gravesend Division 1, lost 2-1 to Henley United of the Premier Division in the Presidents' Cup Group C.
After taking a 1-0 lead against the table-toppers through Jag Tiwana, it seemed as if a cup shocker was on the cards.
But the joy was short-lived as Henley United equalised soon after and then netted their winner with just minutes remaining.
In other matches, Amarjot Tiwana netted Nanak's under-18s' only goal in a 3-1 defeat to Scorpions, but the under-12s won 8-2 in the quarter-finals of the Supplementary Cup.
