He was approached by two men as he walked across Kingston Bridge at 2.30am on Thursday, April 20. The victim, who is Spanish and speaks little English, became concerned and started to walk more quickly.

When he reached the roundabout at Hampton Wick he made a dash for safety, but the men caught up with him in the High Street and pushed him against a wall.

One of the robbers produced a handgun and pointed it at his chest. The victim was forced to hand over £150. The men also tried to remove his watch from his wrist before jumping into a waiting car.

One of the attackers is described as black, aged 28, 5ft 8ins tall, with black curly hair and scars on his face. He was wearing a black jacket and dark jeans.

His accomplice is Asian, 28, 5ft 8ins tall and had a beard. He was wearing a long black coat.

Police are appealing for witnesses who saw a red car driving away from the area or who saw the suspects in the vicinity of Kingston Bridge. Ring 020 8247 5842.
