LONDON Towers recorded their third win of the 1998/9 Budweiser Basketball League on Sunday but coach Lino Frattin said there was a lot of work still to be done.
He criticised his team's continuity against Milton Keynes Lions and said they had to be able to compete for the entire 40 minutes if they were to be one of the top teams in the league.
"It was a game played with consistent intensity in the first and last quarters, while the second and third left much to be desired," he said.
This Saturday Towers play host to stragglers Edinburgh Rocks, but Frattin cannot afford to be complacent. "They are struggling but I think they're better than their record seems. They have the talent and potential to be a good team," he said.
The game is at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre this Saturdy, tip off 7pm. Tickets cost just £4 and spectators on the night have the chance to win £10,000 in a shootout competition.
