Arsenal dominated the first-ever women's game played at the new Southampton Stadium, St Marys.
The ladies took full advantage of the fantastic playing surface and created great attacking moves with some slick passing.
The first goal came in the 20th minute. A fierce shot from Ciara Grant gave the Saints' keeper trouble, and Banks was quickly onto the rebound to make it 0-1.
Jayne Ludlow, back from injury, made it 0-2 on the 36th minute, after Marieanne Spacey's neat play set her up on the edge of the box to drive in a wonder strike.
The play slowed down in the second half, but Arsenal still dominated and created some good chances.
The third goal came in the 78th minute. Banks grabbed her second of the game after a neat turn in the box and a low far post shot, and sealed a 0-3 victory.
