An elderly woman suffered shock last week after being robbed in the street.
The 82-year-old had been to the shops in Queensbury Circle on Tuesday afternoon and was walking home along Streatfield Road and into Morley Cresent West when she was approached from behind by a man who grabbed her bag and ran off.
The black leather bag was worth around £10 and contained £6 cash and some food.
Two witnesses described the attacker as white, aged about 28, 5ft11, and either bald or a skinhead. He was wearing a light red, long-sleeved top.
