Long Ditton's Mollie King returned home from the glacier resort of Pitztal, one of the highest ski areas in Austria, with a bronze medal in the Girls' Super G.
Mollie, who trains with Kandahar Ski Club, started well when she skied to within 2.43 seconds of the gold medal time which was set by Scotland's Claire Robb.
On the second day she took fourth place in the giant slalom which was a result she also matched in the slalom on the final day.
"Mollie is a very strong and committed young skier with a great future ahead of her," said Graham Bell, Britain's performance director and former World Cup downhill skier.
Young Kingston Upon Thames ski racer Ed Drake went one better and returned home with a silver and a gold medal to finish runner-up in the race for the title boys' combined champion.
Ed started with a slightly disappointing 10th on a testing, difficult Super G race course. He hit his stride the following day when he won the Boys Giant Slalom finishing more than half a second ahead of Anglo-Italian Lorenzo Naylor.
On the final day of the championships Ed finished second in the slalom, a tantalising 31 hundredths of a second shy of the winning time set by St Albans' Jack Hunt. In the contest for the overall combined champion title for boys Ed was narrowly beaten into second place by Hunt.
The British Land Junior & Children's National Ski Championships attracted more than 300 young skiers from all over the UK.
