BEXLEYHEATH'S revamped pop-in parlour, now renamed Rendezvous, is proving so popular, it needs more volunteers.
Age Concern Bexley closed the parlour in Graham Road over the summer and changed its layout and its menu before reopening it in November.
With a wider range of snacks, pastries and drinks, its is now particularly busy at lunchtimes, said full-time manager Ann Swift. Rendezvous is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm. Volunteers are needed to work for between two to four hours a week.
