The Isle of Wight played host to Hampshire, in cricket's Metro Bank One Day Cup on Tuesday.

They took on Kent at Newclose County Cricket Ground, in what was a sell-out game.

Newclose also hosted Hampshire in the same competition last year, when they defeated Northamptonshire.

Kent Spitfires posted a score of 324, limited by some expert bowling from Ian Holland (3-45), Mason Crane (2-55), and Eddie Jack (2-60).

Hampshire then hit 326 in reply, Aneurin Donald (106), Tom Prest (78), Ben Brown (73) and Felix Organ (31 not out) the standout batsman.

In so doing, Hampshire won the match with three wickets to spare.
